Our work helps farmers, students, institutions and investors make better agricultural decisions across many countries. This page is not a legal formality - it is an extension of the same integrity we bring to our consulting, due diligence and data analysis. By using this website, aladdin.my.id, you accept this policy.
What we collect
Some you give us: when you contact us or request a service, you may share your name, email, phone, organization and the details of your inquiry. Some we collect as you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open and how long you stay. If you use our workspace or its assistant roles, we process the questions and context you type so the assistant can answer.
How we use it
To answer your inquiries, deliver the service you asked for and build a working relationship. We study anonymous visitor data to see which content earns its place, so we can sharpen what we publish. If you opt in, we may email occasional insight and updates - you can unsubscribe whenever you want.
Assistant and workspace data
Habiba, Anas and Namaa process what you type so they can respond and so we can improve. Your inputs stay inside the governed workspace - we never sell, rent or use them for advertising. Provider keys, model routing, internal schemas and raw logs stay hidden from you and from other users; high-risk actions go through human review. The assistant gives practical guidance, not a substitute for a qualified local expert, and tells you when it is uncertain. Want a copy of your inputs, or them deleted? Contact us and we act on it.
Our integrity: sharing and disclosure
Our integrity is absolute: we do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only when there is a real need - trusted service providers who help run the website (hosting, analytics), and only as far as they need; and legal or regulatory compliance, where Indonesian or other applicable law requires, or to protect the rights and safety of our users, our company or others.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies - small text files stored on your device - to keep the site working and to gather the anonymous analytics described above. Your browser settings let you manage or switch them off.
Your rights
The data is yours to control. Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will act on the request.
Data security
We take accountability for your data seriously and use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, including SSL encryption, to protect your information from loss, misuse or access it should not have.
